[Icehouse] Proposal for next contest

Hi, let's hear more opinions about the latest suggestion: To require contest
entrants to submit a short paragraph of feedback for all the other entries
to the contest in order for their own entry to be valid (about 3-5 lines of
text), and to explicitly encourage judges  to do the same (although they
won't be forced to do it).

I think this may work very well because it won't reduce the number of judges
and it will increase the useful feedback that all designers need. In fact I
really like it because I see it as a useful trade of feedback between all
participants. So, you want to enter your game in the contest and get
feedback? Ok. Then you have to provide feedback for all the entries too. It
seems really fair.

More thoughts, please?
