[Icehouse] Winter 2008 IGDC feedback

OK, I have moved commentary to the Chicken Run Talk page:

I tried to sort out the remaining issues and suggestion/ides for
improvements. Note that some of them are mutually exclusive; and I'd prefer
to use a "bare minimum" change to solve any remaining play issues.

Please pop by and let me know what y'all think (or gimme more ideas for
fixes!).
