[Icehouse] Penguin Soccer World Cup at Noncon (sponsored by Alterniverse)

Hi, all.  The first ever Penguin Soccer tournament is now officially on the 
schedule at Noncon (Sunday, February 24).

This is an IAGO World Tour Event, and Alterniverse will put up a prize for 
the Penguin Soccer World Champion!

I'll be around throughout the con to teach the game - see you there!
