Submission deadline for Summer 2008 will  be the first day of Summer
2008 (ditto for Winter: first day of Winter).

The Announce date will vary based on whether or not there's a design
restriction: between 4 (none) and 6 (restriction) weeks. So early- to
late-May for Announce. If you have to lead that, add accordingly.
