[Icehouse] Who's supposed to vote, now?

I'm a new participate to this list, so I didn't have much information
on the contest either.
Does the competition get much press on BGG?
I found the webpage for the contest:

I see that the deadline is tomorrow, so I won't be able to get any
games in before that. (I could try a few on Wed-Friday. That isn't a
request to extend the deadline for just me. I just hope to be able to
participate in judging for the next contest.)
