[Icehouse] Pikeman

Today in class I introduced the students to Pikeman and it was a very big
hit.  It was simple enough for the kids to grasp pretty quickly but they had
an absolute ball.  Kudos to the designer of the game. I will be using it in
class pretty regularly once I pick up some more chessboards for school!
