[Icehouse] IGDC Summer 2007 Rankings

I thought a lot early on in design about fouls and cards and dribbling and the like.  I really wanted *this* game to be simple and abstract, and decided all of the "flavor" would be used in Penguin Hockey . . .  Stay tuned.

  Regarding Penguin Soccer: My kids wanted to invent a variation where they could tackle another penguin and that penguin would be "iced" and unable to move for 2 turns.  They also were all soccer players and came up with different things to give yellow and red cards to put pieces out of the game for periods of time.
