[Icehouse] Extend IGDC Judging?

Everyone has had a month to play and rank the games which should have been
more than enough time.  The rules were really clear up front as to the
deadline, so I vote no as well.

While more time wouldn't hurt anything, a 50% bump to the deadline seems
really excessive.  If people haven't been able to make time in the last
month, is two additional weeks really going to be an incentive for them to
do so now?

For disclaimer's sake, I will say I'm also anxious to know how my game
fared!  :)
