[Icehouse] Tic Tac Doh!

I will be happy to provide the code of the finished product, the
assignment is due in about two weeks. Also, since it is graded work I
will need to check with my professor about whether I can post it. My
current plan is to actually make a pyramid class so that if I decide to
make other java versions if Icehouse games I can.
