[Icehouse] New game: Martian Colonists

Hey all,

I've fleshed out most of my new game, Martian Colonists:

(Yeah, I know I haven't finished my prior one.  Although I did recently
tweak the rules on the Wiki copy thanks to some feedback here.  It
should draw a lot less now.)

So, I'm basically up to the point where I need to wait for my piecepack
sets and see how it plays in order to fill out the rest of the rules.
But I thought some of you might enjoy having a read through for some of
the ideas in it. For example; Using Aquarius cards as resources.

Also, while I'm posting, has anyone already cloned Hey! That's My Fish!
with Icehouse pieces?
