[Icehouse] Xeno color mapping for Homeworlds

I am very much in favor of James' mapping. Cyan is extremely non-green in my
mind, and though I see it as a very different color than Icehouse Blue,
mapping it to green seems very wrong, and mapping it to Blue seems obvious.
The green/purple pairing is really not that much of a problem for me; they
seem very similar. Reminds me of eggplant, say, or as has been pointed out,
anything rotting. Also, while I'm not a Babylon 5 fan, that association
seems to be a neat mnemonic for a lot of people too, and has already become
one for me even though I don't watch the show.
