[Icehouse] Black Ice

Perhaps I missed a rule in the rulebook that answered this, but how are
people handling someone rolling an aim on the first turn?  Their opponent
doesn't have a node capped yet to copy so are you guys just tossing out that
one die roll or counting it as a wild?
