You want a 3 point prisoner exchanged.  Then find someplace where your 
own 3 pointer is iced.  Use the prisoner to back up the attackers such 
that the are all still pointing at your defender, but there's lots of 
room in front of them, and they are close together.  Get your prisoner 
back.  Then drop a small piece in front of the retreated attackers.  You 
can now pick up one of those attackers as a new prisoner.  Do this 
everywhere you can, and you'll have lots of prisoners.  Ask the person 
who gave you the original prisoner how he wants you to use it, and then 
do so.
