That's a tough call.  The ethical answer would be to ask the new owner;
but if the new owner then has the [potentially unethical] advantage of
acquiring something he wouldn't have missed had you kept it... 

Karmically, you've probably already earned it by providing demos and 
drumming up more LL-related business for the FLGS... but that's always
a gray area.

Bottom line, I would expect that Pat provided a complete inventory list
to the new owner, and this item is either on there or not.

I'll defer to what other folks on the list suggest; I'm just feeling
chatty today and had to speak up.
