[Icehouse] New Wiki Page For All

I can't speak for everyone, (obviously, well I could but it might not be
accurate.) But i mind not if someone adds cattegories to my games or changes
them. (though adding might be better and a note in the discussion as to why
would be nice). If I dislike or disagree I can always change it.
