I'm definitely in favor of restarting the games contest.  My
preference would be for
a) 2 contests per year
  1 themed
  1 open
b) prize structure of donated prizes, entrants get pick of prizes in
order of voting, ties to be resolved by randomization, RPS, or mutual
agreement of tied personages
c) 1 game per person may be entered in each of the two contests.  The
same game may not be entered twice, however, 1 game may be entered in
*both* the themed & open contests in the same year.
d) entry for the 2nd contest of the year closes prior to announcing
the winner of the previous contest.
