[Icehouse] Cover Up

I'd never thought of this as an Icehouse game, but of course it is!

I played this at Gencon (I love the OTB guys) and will surely now play 
it with my icehouse pieces.  It's a great game with kids, who tend to 
remember stuff better than I do (heh).  My only reluctance is to point 
out that the game as sold by them is really cool and has nice bits, and 
would make a nice gift.  Them's good people.
