I think "aa" (pronounced "ah ah") would be the correct exclamation from the opponent of whoever just pulled off a Grand Slam. Aa refers the sharp, jagged lava flow. Indeed, "Aa" is often heard from the people trying to walk across such rock in bare feet, even once it's cool.
(Pahoehoe, in contrast, is lave flow with a smooth surface.)
