[icehouse] Treehouse should be on a card

I just got my stuff today (Icetowers and 3xrainbow) and I think that the
treehouse rules need to be on a card like Ice-7.

Otherwise you need to keep a tube with you (which is fine in most cases)
except if you want to stuff all your pyramids into a small bag.

Just a suggestion.
