[Icehouse] 5 dollar gnostica deck

If anyone's interested in non-computerized decks, I went and extracted the
vector art from the gnostica stickers pdf that was available (needing to
redraw 9 and 21). It looks a lot better than the images from the web page
though it's too late for the deck I made. Although I guess I still have the
red cards though.
Oh, BGG went and put up the first version of the stickers.

They should update to v2-0 with vector art soon enough I think. 2-0 also has
numbered cards too, so you know if a sun beats a moon at the start.
