There is good reason to dig only partway up a stack.
EX-If you are blue. Your small blue in on the bottom. On top of your small
blue is a yellow,. Ontop of the yellow is your medium blue and your on top
of that is your large blue.

You would want to dig your small blue up ONE layer , so all three will
nested together.

Ibelieve the correct answer would be it cost movement points per layer you
dig up.
