[Fluxx] Zombie Fluxx Question

  I am incredibly glad to make your acquaintance and thank you for
responding to my question.  I am intrigued by your response, but am not sure
I comprehend it completely.

I was not the last person to receive a zombie, I was actually first in line
to receive zombies.

Except that there were more than 9 creeper cards out there, and only 5 of us

I guess I am confused if you are saying my position would determine the
Zombie Victory, or if you meant that If I got dealt a creeper once there
were enough on the table?  I'm sorry, I really appreciate your response, I
just would like to get a little more clarification please.
