[Fluxx] RE: Must draw first?

The first idea I had was exactly that, Draw then Play, but then I remembered 
that pesky "Hand Limit 0" card. Putting numbers on the card, and 'replacement' 
reminders on it, would make it work better with HL rules, IMO.

You did read the LiveJournal post Andy posted right?

He has pretty much said that you don't have to draw as the first 
action of your turn.

Someone else was trying to come up with a card that would force a 
person to draw before playing any cards.

This was my suggestion for that card.
