So it sounds like Family Fluxx for the unique rules, but also for the
unique keepers.

But Spanish Fluxx for Fiesta.

I purchased all the promo cards I could and also a 1.0 deck that I
will need to somehow adapt.

I'm not quite there but getting closer.
