[Fluxx] Rich and Poor bonus

When I played version 3.0, it was mutually agreed upon that it would stay as
"anyone," not because it was correct, but because then more people could
enjoy the card. In the end, isn't that what matters?

However, for version 3.1, Looney Labs put a stop to that. The most current
text does, in fact, say "everyone."
