[Fluxx] sample game

I don't have a sample game to put forth yet, but I suggest that people try
to make their sample games as commonplace as possible.

What I mean is: Use 2 Keeper Goals (since the majority require 2 Keepers).
Stick to the common New Rules (Draw #, Play #, Keeper/Hand Limit # [Avoid
Hand Limit 0]). Simple Actions (Steal a Keeper, Draw 2 and Use 'Em, Rules
Reset, Jackpot). 2-4 player games.

If you disagree, that's cool. I just find that when I stick to these
guidelines to teach Fluxx at conventions, new players have an easier time
when I open hand such a game.
