[Fluxx] New Rule Proposal; Optical Illusion

The problem there is such a rule would likely catch any new players
offguard. So by "experienced", I imagine I meant that they have played Fluxx
before. Perhaps I shall add a caveat to replace that word, which says "If
today is your first day playing Fluxx, you are exempt from this rule until
midnight."

I'm still looking for a good optical illusion to put as an image on the
card.
