[Fluxx] New Rule Proposal; Optical Illusion

There are at least 3 reasons for missing the rule: forgetfulness, lack
of understanding or noticing the rule, and cheating... Your card seems
to cover the first two. It would be nice to have, as one of the basic
rules, that if someone is caught intentionally cheating, they shall be
beaten about the head until they reconsider such activities ;-)
