[Fluxx] Fluxx Hand Limit question on YouTube

It used to say, "more/fewer keepers than anyone else," and it now says,
"more/fewer keepers than everyone else."
They both mean the same thing, but with the old text, it could be taken to
mean that if anyone at all has fewer keepers, you get the bonus, and since
that allowed for multiple people to enjoy the card, that's how we played.
Three.1 cleared it up (and ruined our fun).
