[Fluxx] version 2.0

I've been trying to collect all the versions of Fluxx, and the only
one to evade me (besides v 0.5, of course) is the 2.0 ICE edition.
I've been scanning ebay pretty constantly, but maybe someone knows of
another place online I might find one. Or perhaps someone on this list
has a new or nearly-new copy lying around that he wouldn't mind
exchanging for cash. Failing that, any leads at all would be
appreciated.  %James
