[Fluxx] Re: Techno-Fluxx

This idea is WIN. We just have to remember to keep to the core ideas:
turn-by-turn (no instants), and all rules have to be on the cards (no
memorizing how much something is, etc.)

I will have to rack up some ideas as well; maybe take this to HOPE next
year....
