If it helps, I can recode my flash files so that they generate a card
based on text you enter...
I'm not sure how well they would print out though... I could also use
Flash's embedded 'printing' support, however, to let you specify the
size you want, and print your cards at that size, and maybe even
multiple cards.

Would that help at all?
