[Fluxx] Rich and Poor bonus

If you wanted to be correct in logic terms, it could be worded "If you have
more/fewer Keepers than each other player...." but a little common-sense
thinking (even if it isn't 100% spelled out in the wording) and "spirit of
the rules" would lead to the intention of the rule and how it is meant to be
played.
