[Fluxx] A FLUXX PUZZLE

Whoops. My numbers got off, because I inserted that No Limits card at the
last moment, because I realized the other players would have to discard
their hands. And I have myself ending with 10 cards, but that is short of
the 10+1 Cards in hand.

So append my solution with 'Jackpot'. So I guess thats a 10 card solution.
But I think I can do better.
