[Fluxx] Custom Goals?

Custom goals? Like what? I can think of some.

"10 Rules; When there are ten rule cards in play, the next player to
play a rule card wins!"
"Replace this card; The next player to play a Goal card wins."
"Silence is Golden; If everyone else has at least one keeper in play,
the player with Zero keepers wins."

But what did you mean? ;)
