[Fluxx] Blank Deck

I also bought a pack of Fluxx Blanxx, which came in a cellophane
wrapper. Of course, while there were five or six of two certain types
of card, if I recall correctly, my blanxx had less than five or six of
the other two types... This is normal, right?
