I don't have a scan of the card, but I can tell you exactly what's on it:

GO FISH  ->
----------------
ACTION
When you play this card, 
do whatever it says.
Go Fish
----------------
Name a card. If someone 
has that card in their hand, 
they must give it to you. If 
no one does, draw a card. 
In either case, if you got the 
card you requested, you get 
to play it immediately.

I can send you the actual card if you want it - I don't use it in my deck.
It has icons on it, though:

   Hand        --""--> Table
   Deck ---> o --\""--> Hand

Which means:
(Hand / Deck) to (Named to Table / Not_Named to Hand).

I've got a bunch of blank Keepers and Goals, too.

If you can use them, I can go ahead and send some of them to you along with Go Fish.
