[Edu] Webpage orginization

The template the Magi is talking about is a "fill-in-able" MSDoc sort of
webpage template. We were looking at it for possible use on the Looney Labs
edu-pages. Those pages (and the template Magi put together for it) are
currently on the back burner of Looney Labs - they don't have an educational
coordinator right now.
Scott's right though - the template they're talking about is different than
the template Magi's talking about.
Hope that helps clear up the confusion.
