Actually, I'm very up-to-date on bios and photos... I've looked through our 
log, and can't find any record of your bio/photo submission. This is 
unsurprising, as the system we use for such things unfortunately loses 
these requests once in a while. Please simply resubmit your bio and photo, 
and I'll be sure to process it as soon as I receive it. Sorry for the delay!
